about

this album was inspired by max richter's 'sleep' but while he produced wonderful music for sleep this is an eight hour album for the waking world, for the working day.

it takes it's inspiration from the english madrigal tradition which celebrated sensual and erotic delight over religious or nationalistic devotion.

should you choose to use this album while you work or when you are not working i ask that it fills the hours of the day normally consumed by work.
